Extra Large Ellette Iridescent Convertible Painted Fairy Wings in 'Water Lily' with Gold Veins

The Ellette design is inspired by wasp wings, with my own personal design touches. From the Ethereal Collection of convertible fairy wings, now they can be positioned in either an 'up' or a resting 'down' position without compromising the metal with harsh bending. The panels are detachable which makes shipping and transportation easier, as well as allowing you to mix & match if you have multiple sets of the same size. 

The upper panels measure roughly 26 - 27 inches long, so these are great for outdoor events or places with lots of room for an impressive wingspan.

These wings feature my digitally hand painted 'Water Lily' color palette, laminated in the clear iridescent Diamond Fire film, and the frames are cut from a slightly thicker .05" thick aluminum that has been powder coated in metallic gold.
With the painted / printed vinyl layer, plus the additional clear vinyl layer protecting the print, these wings have 2 more layers of vinyl than the un-painted wings do so they'll be thicker and more durable.

The aluminum frame & vein structure allows the wings to be gently bent and posed into your desired position.

*Simple assembly required
Panels attach with included standard screw bolts and nuts. The upper screw is finished on the outer side with a domed acorn nut, which looks like a flower stamen if flowers are attached to hide the hardware. 
I will leave the flowers up to the customer for the meantime, so you can match your outfit. I just use faux flowers torn off from the plastic stem & punched an 1/8" hole to go over the screw. Then, screw the acorn cap on. 
The photo of only the brace shows the extra large one that will come with your wings matching the vein color. The last closeups show an example of the older standard version back brace on the back of a different set of wings so you can see how it would attach with ribbon or elastic as well as how you can decorate it with faux flowers.

You can wear your wings in resting position by removing the bottom screw if you find yourself in a packed crowd. I suggest removing it while the wings are off due to the small parts - a magnet may be helpful for catching the bolt after removal and a small wrench and / or screw driver may come in handy.

Alternatively they can possibly now be assembled with included rubber washers to make them fully adjustable without removing any hardware - but these extra large sizes might not stand rigid for as long since they're slightly heavier and the static assembly is recommended to wear for an event.

The wing panels can be removed for easy transport, or to change up the look by removing or swapping the antennae, upper panel, and lower panels.

They can be worn either by tucking them into the back of any very snug & sturdy bodice or corset, or by attaching your own ribbon or elastic by slipping it through the slots on the back brace.
Unfortunately due to the pandemic, I've had issues accessing the clear elastic they used to come with, however since I've increased the detail and therefore the weight slightly you may want to use something stronger than clear elastic anyway.

All orders are shipped via USPS priority mail with insurance, and *normally* take 2 to 3 days to arrive once shipped unless Express shipping is purchased. International orders are shipped USPS International Priority Express.
However, USPS has been having very odd delays and if I find it's still a problem I may ship via UPS instead if their shipping times are proving to be faster.

No returns or exchanges except in the case of serious defect, lost package or damage upon shipping. If you receive a damaged shipment or it appears lost, contact me asap and keep all packaging if damaged so a claim can be filed.

Small imperfections such as bubbles, wrinkles, etc. are normal as these are hand made products.
