Green & Gold Absinthe Filigree Fairy Crown / Headdress with Salome wings

The queen of Absinthe, la Fee Verte.

This headdress of green flowers with touches of lavender features metallic gold filigree crowning the center with an emerald glass jewel and has Swarovski crystals throughout, most iridescent and shifting in color from lavender to blue to light green. A green Swarovski encrusted bead dangles from the mini filigree halo. 
Miniature Salome fairy wings painted in green and lavender on iridescent lilac film with gold foil veining flank each side and are tipped with brass toned filigree. More brass filigree and Swarovski beads sit in the center of each flower at the base, along with an iridescent green spray of beads on gold wire and long gold wire tendrils tipped with green crystal drops form curling antennae. Thin wire at the base of the wings allows you to bend them further out to the side, or back against the head.

As always the wing designs are my own, created from scratch, the patterns designed and painted by me. The beaded sprays I twisted by hand as well. Once I started on this piece, it just sort of take the shape it wanted to and I was pleasantly surprised by the finished look.

Additional fees may apply for rushed orders.  Orders are shipped via US Postal Priority Mail unless otherwise requested, which usually takes between 2 to 3 days for delivery. International orders can take a week or more, depending on how quickly customs clears the package. 
As with all my items, since they are hand made and considered special occasion items, returns are not allowed except in the case of damage or defect. If that's the case I must be notified right away, all packaging must be kept and photographed and a damage claim must be filed with the carrier.
