Ready to Ship Kira Iridescent Convertible Fairy Wings in clear Opal with Black Veins

The Kira fairy wings are from the classic Silver Edition from 2007, now made into convertible fairy wings that can be positioned in either an 'up' or a resting 'down' position without compromising the metal with harsh bending. 
You may have seen this design in the 2014 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, worn by Eniko Mihalik and Barbara Fialho in giant sizes and different colors, and you may also come across them in some online stores. However, those are sadly knock-offs I haven't been able to fully remove completely - yet. So I brought this design back since the demand has always been there for its return.

The wingspan measures nearly 38 inches across when in the fully open position & roughly 23 inches from top to bottom.

This set has been laminated in the clear Opal iridescent film which reflects blue and a bit of teal and violet, with peachy undertones.
The veins are black.

*Simple assembly required
Panels attach with included standard screw bolts and nuts. The upper screw is finished on the outer side with a domed acorn nut, which looks like a flower stamen if flowers are attached to hide the hardware. 
I will leave the flowers up to the customer for the meantime, so you can match your outfit. I just use faux flowers torn off from the plastic stem & punched an 1/8" hole to go over the screw. Then, screw the acorn cap on. 
The closeups show an example on the back of a different set of wings, though the attachments and brace are the same.

You can wear your wings in resting position by removing the bottom screw if you find yourself in a packed crowd. I suggest removing it while the wings are off due to the small parts - a magnet may be helpful for catching the bolt after removal and a small wrench and / or screw driver may come in handy.

Alternatively they can now be assembled with included rubber washers to make them fully adjustable - just grab the panel you want to move and rotate it into position, no un-screwing needed!!

The wing panels can be removed for easy transport, or to change up the look by removing or swapping the antennae, upper panel, and lower panels.

They can be worn either by tucking them into the back of any very snug & sturdy bodice or corset, or by attaching your own ribbon or elastic by slipping it through the slots on the back brace.
Unfortunately due to the pandemic, I've had issues accessing the clear elastic they used to come with, however since I've increased the detail and therefore the weight slightly you may want to use something stronger than clear elastic anyway.

The frame is constructed of a .040" thick cut aluminum sheet that has been powder coated, and laminated with an iridescent film and clear vinyl.

No returns or exchanges except in the case of serious defect, lost package or damage upon shipping. If you receive a damaged shipment or it appears lost, contact me asap and keep all packaging if damaged so a claim can be filed.

Small imperfections such as bubbles, wrinkles, etc. are normal as these are hand made products.
