The Salome fairy wings painted up in a Sugar Plum Fairy theme have been hand inked on iridescent Lilac film, and accented with glittered flocking to mimic sugar and frost on the edges along with a scattering of Swarovki crystals. Iridescent crystal teardrops hang from the jeweled tips. The flocking and embellishments are on one side, which I consider the front, although they can be worn reversed if desired.
Due to the flocking, these are not as waterproof as the usual wings are. Although they should hold up to a little bit of rain okay, getting the flocking wet is not the best idea.
These measure about 39 inches wide roughly at the widest point and are constructed of two separate upper and lower panels, layered slightly for a more realistic look and are more easily posed by gently bending the panels at the angle you wish.
The frame is constructed of a .040" thick cut aluminum sheet that has been powder coated, and laminated with an iridescent film and clear vinyl.
