Aphrodite 3 and 1/5 inch Aquamarine Fairy Wing Hair Combs with Silver Veins

These mini Aphrodite fairy wings have been crafted into a set of decorative hair combs, the Aphrodite is one of my most intricate designs.

They're slightly heavier due to the metal embellishments, so they work best with some of your hair already pulled back with a stronger hair accessory, and then added for decoration. Wigs are great, because the combs can grab the netting underneath.

These have been laminated in the iridescent Aquamarine film. The veined frame is made of brass that is .010" thick and is laminated with the usual iridescent film and clear vinyl.  Swarovski crystals accent the wings, with a blue crystal sitting in a crown setting in the ornate base. I am not sure if I'll be offering accessories with this exact same setting again.
Each upper panel measures 3.5 inches from the base to the tip, and an additional Vivienne wing panel has been added so each side has 3 panels total.  

All the metal pieces are soldered together, but the wings were attached via epoxy resin due to this particular piece being difficult to solder the wings onto because of its design.

As always the wing designs are my own, created from scratch from my original designs.

Although the CDC says virus transfer is less likely from surfaces, you might want to wait a day or so before opening your package if you're concerned about the new variants.
Time is a pretty good way to let any virus material die.

If you need your order expedited or need to use a different carrier than USPS, please either include a note with your order or email me right after to let me know. Additional fees may apply for rushed orders.  Orders are shipped via US Postal Priority Mail with insurance and tracking unless otherwise requested, which usually takes between 2 to 3 days for delivery. International orders can take a week or more, depending on how quickly customs clears the package. Again, delivery times may be extended due to the pandemic and I don't have much control over it once it leaves my possession.

As with all my items, since they are hand made and considered special occasion items, returns are not allowed except in the case of damage or defect. If that's the case I must be notified right away, all packaging must be kept and photographed and a damage claim must be filed with the carrier.

Small bubbles or wrinkles are a natural occurrence due to the hand made nature of this product and are not considered a defect.
