Colette Large Fairy Wing Necklace in Brass with Absinthe Iridescent Film

This is my Colette upper panel wing design in a 2 and a half inch long size, which is inspired by Carnival Row pixies and dragonfly wings.
The wings' vein frames are cut out of thin .02" thick brass sheet, and have been filled with clear resin with an iridescent film backing in Absinthe iridescent.
The wing charm hangs from an arrangement of green glass and antique bronze beads, strung on a Rose Gold plated 18 inch chain.

This is the first run, which had flaws due to how very thin I made them. This also makes them special, because I won’t be making more as delicate as this once I use up the ones in this cut batch - the official runs will be made with slightly thicker veins, and less veins on the Colette wings.
What I consider a flaw though, also makes these appear more life-like an delicate.
These are not made for children, due to some pointy ends

As always the wing designs are my own, created from scratch from my original designs.

Unfortunately at this time I am not able to ship to the EU, and can only ship to the UK for items over $200.

Additional fees may apply for rushed orders.  Orders are shipped via US Postal Priority Mail with insurance and tracking unless otherwise requested, which usually takes between 2 to 3 days for delivery. International orders can take a week or more, depending on how quickly customs clears the package. Again, delivery times may be extended due to the pandemic and I don't have much control over it once it leaves my possession.

As with all my items, since they are hand made and considered special occasion items, returns are not allowed except in the case of damage or defect. If that's the case I must be notified right away, all packaging must be kept and photographed and a damage claim must be filed with the carrier.

Small bubbles or wrinkles are a natural occurrence due to the hand made nature of this product and are not considered a defect.
