Extra Large Elvina / Datura Iridescent Convertible Fairy Wings in Autumn Night with Gold veins

*Please note! These must use the rubber washer assembly!

This set of extra large wings is a hybrid of the Elvina design (upper panels) and the Datura (lower panels). From the Ethereal Collection of convertible fairy wings, now they can be positioned in either an 'up' or a resting 'down' position without compromising the metal with harsh bending.  

This set is extra large, so the upper panels measure roughly 26 - 27 inches long.  These are great for outdoor events or places with lots of room for an impressive wingspan.
These are laminated with the Autumn Night film, and have Candy Gold veining, meaning the frame has a double thick layer of powder coat.

Panels attach with included standard screw bolts and nuts.

Unlike most all my other wings, these can only be assembled using the rubber washer assembly unless the customer wants to try re-drilling the holes or using some other permanent attachment. The reason why is because I used the Elvina upper panels, and some XL Datura bottom panels that must have had a slightly different placement of the attachment holes at the base I didn’t notice before, which prevents them from being assembled with the 2 screws in the typical assembly. Using the 1 and 1/4” rubber washers, the panels held their position even after bouncing them up and down, but these might still be better as photography wings as there’s still that chance they may droop over time with lots of movement.
The closeup photo shows the black rubber washers peeking out from behind the wing panel bases, you may want to use faux flowers to disguise the hardware.

 Because of this issue these are $500 plus shipping rather than $700 as they would otherwise be.
The closeups with the little purple flowers show an example of the back brace with a different set of wings. Though the attachments and brace are the same, the brace on this one is longer and has a wider support bar.

The wing panels can be removed for easy transport, or to change up the look by removing or swapping the antennae, upper panel, and lower panels.

They can be worn either by tucking them into the back of any very snug & sturdy bodice or corset, or by attaching your own ribbon or elastic by slipping it through the slots on the back brace.
Unfortunately due to the pandemic, I've had issues accessing the clear elastic they used to come with, however since I've increased the detail and therefore the weight slightly you may want to use something stronger than clear elastic anyway.

The frame is constructed of a .050" thick cut aluminum sheet that has been powder coated, and laminated with an iridescent film and clear vinyl.

No returns or exchanges except in the case of serious defect, lost package or damage upon shipping. If you receive a damaged shipment or it appears lost, contact me asap and keep all packaging if damaged so a claim can be filed.

Small imperfections such as bubbles, wrinkles, etc. are normal as these are hand made products.
