Salome Painted Iridescent Fairy Wings in Purple, Fucshia and Lime with Black Veins

From the 2016 Summer Platinum Edition, the Salome fairy wings painted up in a butterfly-eque pattern of purples, fucshias with clearer areas where the lilac iridescent film shows through, and lime green colored 'eyes'. I paint them digitally, by hand with a Wacom tablet after studying various butterfly and insect wings for inspiration and this is a new color variation.

These measure about 39 inches wide roughly at the widest point and are constructed of two separate upper and lower panels, layered slightly for a more realistic look and are more easily posed by gently bending the panels at the angle you wish.

The frame is constructed of a .040" thick cut aluminum sheet that has been powder coated, and laminated with an iridescent film and clear vinyl.
